My name is Jenifer Matondo.  I am a 20 year old student living in the Netherlands. I am currently studying at Avans university of applied science. I follow the study Businnes Innovation and I really enjoy it. Learning how to create out of the box concepts for companies by activating our own creativity after collecting important information is what makes us different from other students. Assignments

We designed a completely new subscription model for the Dutch lotery company, De Staatsloterij. For this project we designed what we call ''The letterij''.

When the client subscribes to the Staatsloterij. They will receive a letter every month and at the end of the year the lotery company will release a word. This word will have something to do with the biggest news of the year. If the subscriber can form the word without mistake with the letters they have at the end of the year than they will win a golden ticket and an extra winning change. But this is only possible if they don't win anything the entire year. 

We creates this kind of game because we found out through a big research that a lot of people don't subscribe to a lotery because they believe they do not have a lot of change at winning something. They want more changes, and that's what we are giving them with this. Also we are creating more customer engagement and interaction because of the game. 

Prorail is a train company in the Netherlans. We created a new education system for them to educate there students that want to become train conductors. There was a I fall out rate because of not enough accompaniment. So we made sure that there would be smaller classes, more resits, e-learning and a stricter admission requirement. 

Shell gave us the instruction for this project to create a scenario planning about how a carban free city would look like in 2100. So that they could prepare there team for the future. We created an animation about a grandpa that tells his children about how life was like when he was growing up. That's how we produced the scenario, through storytelling and flashbacks.

Year 2- Blok 1 - Bart Beugt B.V.

Bart Beugt B.V. is a Sawmill company which we designed an app for so he could communicate better wit his clients. It's also for sizing holes in the ground and it helps reducing the work at the company.
